A 62 and 61 year old couple, who live here locally, have a daughter, Alice (not real name) living in Kyiv in a 24 story apartment building. This young couple work for Samaritan’s Purse. She and her husband (no children) live on the 11th floor. They report seeing drones (Ukrainian and Russian) often flying around their area. They usually have electricity, but 5 months ago it was off 15-20 hours daily, so they had to walk up the 11 stories. Many tenants have generators on their balconies if the power goes out, but that frequently means there are fires started by those generators causing problems for the whole building.
