Pause and Reflect Winter 2024
I’m NOT going to try to “catch you up” with a lengthy post that most will not read, except to say sorry it’s been too long since the last update.
Henry Blackaby, author of Experiencing God” impacted millions of Christians with what should be every believer’s mantra; “Find out where God is at work and get in on it.” Don’t worry about what you can’t do or fix, but devote your energies on what you can do.
For example, I can’t solve world hunger. But I can donate a few dollars toward the cause. I can (and recently did) train to help with the Tennessee Baptist Disaster Relief efforts to mass feeding in an emergency. None of us will ever be a “Billy Graham”. But last year I received chaplain credentials to serve in a crisis along side Samaritan’s Purse.
Look around. Where is God working in your world? What can you do? How can you get in on what God is already doing?
Jesus saw the crowds and was moved with passion.
I AM going to do better in communicating how God is using Mobile Mission Ministry to serve the underserved. As a prayer partner, donor, or just someone interested in God’s work, you deserve nothing less.
